The Royal Leadership Fellows Program is a youth leadership and mentorship program for high school student-athletes in St. Augustine and surrounding communities. Selected Fellows receive structured leadership education, supervised coaching experience, mentorship training, and meaningful community service opportunities while developing communication, responsibility, professionalism, and real-world leadership skills.
Our Program Philosophy
Programs Should Create Progression.
We do not build programs in isolation. Scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, coach education, wellness, community outreach, and sport-based learning are connected tools within one developmental system.
The goal is simple: create access, develop the individual, cultivate leadership, and then create meaningful opportunities for that leader to strengthen the lives of others.

The Royal Leadership Fellows Program prepares selected high school student-athletes to become mentors, young coaches, volunteers, and future community leaders through structured leadership education, supervised coaching experiences, mentorship, and meaningful service.
